Broad Oak Group is comprised of Broad Oak Advisors, LLC ("BOA") and its wholly owned subsidiary Broad Oak Partners, LLC ("BOP"); Broad Oak Group International, LLC ("BOG") and its wholly owned subsidiary Smiling Roof, Inc. ("SR") (collectively, "Broad Oak Group" or the "Company").  John C. Braddock is the founder and senior managing partner of Broad Oak Group. 


BOA is an investment banking consultancy formed in Delaware in 2006 and its BOP wholly owned subsidiary being formed in Delaware is a private equity and debt fund manager presently focused on funding infrastructure investments for SR in Asia. BOG is an international artisanal food & beverage company formed in Delaware in 2008 and its SR wholly owned subsidiary being formed in Korea is engaged in craft beer brewing, live music performance, recording, and film, gourmet food and beverage, online and traditional promotion and marketing, distribution and sales throughout Asia.
